Singing Willows and The Magical Bed

Original Illustration-Singing Willows and The Magical Bed

Singing Willows and the Magical Bed is an inclusive musical theatre show for young audiences about a young girl and her extraordinary bed.

As she settles into a new home, the bed comes to life, carrying her through imaginative worlds and the ups and downs of childhood through music, storytelling and play. As her loyal nighttime companion, the bed brings comfort, silliness and joy, helping her navigate change with curiosity, courage and laughter.

The show runs for 60 minutes and is aimed at primary school children. It will next be performed at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe on 22nd, 23rd, 29th, and 30th August.

Children's After-School Clubs

Our 1-hour after-school workshops (3:30–4:30pm) take place in small groups of 15–20 children on school premises, led by Alexandra Borghino.

Sessions combine storytelling, creative writing, and performance-based activities in a fun, inclusive environment that builds confidence and imagination. All bookings are managed directly with parents, keeping administration for schools to a minimum.

Workshops are typically priced at £9–£10 per child, per session.
